Having only recently discovered this author i have now read 10 of her books and this one was just as amazing as the others I love her style of writing, the suspense, the believable characters and the heartache of the backstories make it all seem like it could definitely happen in real life The one thing i have really enjoyed is that in a series the characters from the previous book not only still appear but take active parts in the story and their own story continues to develop Would definitely recommend this book and the author

I m so sad that Catherine says this series is over I ve loved all the characters This book was no exception, Owen was a living, breathing teenager and Rachel with all her hangups and fussiness mixed with efficiency in her work and sharp humour, was a richly interesting person to read about And as always, the private jets and hotel penthouse suites were such glamorous fun Escapist reading at its best, literate and well plotted with plenty of variety I ll have to find another Catherine Bybee series to follow now.

This has got to be the best yet of the series so far I have read them all The strong storyline kept me gripped I couldn t put it down. The interracial element was an added bonus together with the missing child The element regarding guardianship of a child was also an unexpected twist. If I could have given stars I would have This is the type of book that you will remember, long after its been read.Congratulations to Ms Bybee, you have truly excelled on this occasion

This is a good story a fine romance and it tackles some issues It seemed realistic to me An American reader may take issue with some of the detail, I don t know much about the family court in America, nor American offices, but it was believable to me I often find American English difficult to read, but in this case I was engrossed in the characters, the family and the plot and did not really notice it.

I have 20 of Catherine Bybee s novels and enjoyed every single one Not Quite Crazy had an unexpected slant to the others and it was enjoyed just as much as they were. The humour was streamlined the playing out of the confrontations were particularly suspenseful successfull.A sure fire compliment to all the Not Quite series Recommended wholeheartedly, along with any of this Author s works I loved Owen

I liked the storyline and the interaction between the two main characters, and the way they dealt with their attraction to each other whilst dealing with their other responsibilities.
